Verizon 3-Way Calls: You, Your Friend, and the Government
Verizon is being ordered to turn in all phone calls made in it's network to the hands of the National Security Administration.
According to The Guardian, whether the call is within the United States or overseas, the government will receive "the numbers of both parties on a call are handed over, as is location data, call duration, unique identifiers, and the time and duration of all calls." This order is part of the new strategic move in the fight against terrorism.
