Tension Builds Towards Apple's WWDC
"APPLE LOSES ITS SHINE" was the text displayed in thick white font this morning on the CNN station; deliberating on Apple's dying performance on delivering continued innovation.
But things got interesting when CNN pulled out this graph:
Compared to Google, Apple is heading straight into the gutters! Hmm not really. Yes Apple needs to deliver newer products that meet the high standards set by the company, but comparing it to Google is not fair. Remember Google offers both products and services, controlling all services on the web while getting into the laptop and mobile space, as Apple solely focuses on it's phones, laptops, and iOS platform. They don't have the world's biggest search engine, most visited video sharing site, or most used email service.
Those who want to see more will soon be able to, as on June 10 Apple will hold it's annual WWDC conference where they make their latest announcements. But critics want more than a iOS 7 release, and Apple will have it's opportunity to headline next Monday - or will it be a weak disappointment?
