Really, Vine doesn't have an intended targeted messages, but more like quick sociable updates that one can post while doing... well, nothing.
Vine was actually acquired by Twitter in October 2012 and has since been integrated into the platform as a portal to share Vine videos. Vine has great potential, as it's possibly the best social media app that focuses on video content - in other words... grasp onto this rare opportunity Twitter before the short-lived trend ends!
